The American Littoral Society has been successfully defending the coast from harm since 1961. We could not have done this without adequate funding and have always followed a fiscally conservative path to protect the funds and the trust given to us by our members, foundations, government agencies, and other supporters who share our mission. The past four years have been difficult for us, as they have been for most organizations and individuals. We tightened our belts accordingly to ensure that our most important programs continued and we thank all of those who have helped us along the way.
