Tagging Data

The documents posted here contain the data for our annual tagging returns, i.e. fish bearing our tags that have been caught by both members and non-members and reported to us. The returns are arranged in alphabetical order by species. In the left-hand columns we show when, where and who originally tagged tagged the fish and the lenght of the fish when it was tagged. In the right-hand columns we show when, where, and by whom the fish was recaptured, and the length at the time of recapture.

We have formated the data as searchable PDFs so that you can search the report for specific taggers, locations, species, etc. There is a file for each year of data, arranged in descending order from most recent to oldest. When you open the PDF file, click on the Find icon (binoculars) on the toolbar on the top of the page. When the Find window opens, type in the word you wish to find. Your browser will highlight the first instance of that name. To find the next instance, click on the Find Again icon (binoculars with curved arrow).
