Summer Seafood Pop-Up Dinner

Join Chef Brian Bennett and Chef Chez De Chellis for a limited seating sea-inspired pop-up dinner. This one-time event offers 4 courses, a dessert and wine pairing at $165 per person. Dishes include Halibut with cockle risotto, parsley oil and micro cilantro, and a Corn & Black Pepper Scallop in a romesco sauce with summer squash, pickled chili & cherry.
The dinner will be hosted at the Little Fox Kitchen in Cranford, NJ, offering a beautiful setting to cool off after our recent summer heat wave. It’s an event you don’t want to miss.
