Learn how to shuck oysters with the American Littoral Society and Barnegat Oyster Collective!

We will also discuss the importance of local aquaculture and hear first-hand from the oyster farmers themselves.

Ticket price includes:
  • One glass of wine (BOYB for additional drinks, Shore Fresh does not serve alcohol) 
  • Oyster Shucking Instruction
  • Oysters (roughly 10-12 per person) 
  • Oyster shucking knife and glove to bring home

Shore Fresh Seafood Market will be open during the event and participants can order additional food from the restaurant menu. Shore Fresh does not serve alcohol, but allows patrons to bring your own bottle.
