Cape May Fall Weekend

OCT 10 - 13

Join American Littoral Society naturalists Alexandra Kanonik and Michelle Rebilas for a fall wildlife weekend in gorgeous Cape May, NJ. Participants are likely to see all kinds of migrating raptors, shorebirds, songbirds and maybe a surprise or two.

Trip cost includes three nights lodging at the Cape May Point Science Center (CMPSC).

The CMPSC has a mix of single rooms with King, Queen and Twin size beds. Please let us know your preferences either in the “Notes” box when you register or by email to Alexandra. We will provide a final room list for everyone before the trip by Monday, October 7.

CMPSC will not have refrigerators or microwaves in your assigned rooms. There are shared single-person occupancy bathrooms with showers on each floor and wing of the Center available to guests. Guests are asked to bring their own towels/toiletries for use in bathrooms. The Center will also have very limited fridge/freezer space for storing perishables and the main kitchen will be available to use for catering/outsourcing options. We will offer coffee and light refreshments in the morning for breakfast. There are also many restaurants in the area that will be open for breakfast which we can recommend to you.

Shared mini-van rental from Manhattan is available with selected registration. Those who register with transport included will be notified of pick-up time and meeting location details by e-mail after they register. Space is limited to (5 seats), on a first come first served basis.

For more info contact Alexandra Kanonik, Director of the Littoral Society's Northeast Chapter, at [email protected].
