Sign up now for the Littorally Local Sunset Cruise and silent auction, the Littoral Society's fundraiser to care for the coast, which departs from Atlantic Highlands on Friday, September 16.

UPDATE: Our Sunset Cruise is now sold out, but participants are still welcome for the silent auction (which runs until Sept. 17).

The fourth annual event will include dockside cocktails and appetizers from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm onboard Teal Cruises' Festiva. From 6:30 pm - 8 pm we will cruise Sandy Hook and Raritan Bay while local ecologists provide a brief presentation on local ecology and natural history. Enjoy a casual dinner and beautiful sunset!

There is no cost to register as a bidder in the online auction, which features items such as a personal bird walk on Sandy Hook or Jamaica Bay, art from a variety of artists, Pilates sessions, a cedar and sage smoked oyster box kit, personalized yoga session, eco-airboat tour of the Two Rivers, go & glow skin care package, and a basket from Rojo's Roastery and Café.

Think local, littorally local.
Since 1961, the American Littoral Society has been caring for the coast in New Jersey, New York and beyond. We see the beauty and feel the energy that draws people to coastal communities. We work to protect and restore that splendor.

The American Littoral Society is excited to host Littorally Local, our fall 2022 fundraiser to care for the coast on Friday, September 16 in Atlantic Highlands. The fourth annual Littorally Local event will include a dockside cocktails and appetizers from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm onboard Teal Cruises' Festiva and then a sunset cruise on Sandy Hook Bay from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm.

Please consider donating a product or service to the auction, sponsoring, or underwriting the event to support the Society’s efforts to care for the coast! The online auction will take place from Friday, September 9, to Saturday, September 17, and culminate at the event.

Your donation supports a safe and healthy coast for marine life and humans alike; education for people of all ages and backgrounds; and advocacy for public access to the coast, natural solutions to the effects of climate change, and responsible environmental policy at the local, state, and national levels.
